Hatha Yoga Classes

Hatha yoga is a unique form of exercise which has wonderful physical and emotional benefits. It is both a physical and mental discipline that helps to achieve peacefulness of body and mind. In a hatha yoga class we practice yoga postures, breathing techniques and deep relaxation. A class also includes “Sun Salutations”. This is a series of postures, one flowing into the next. This builds aerobic fitness and tones the  muscles. Each class finishes with a deep relaxation session.  Neasa’s hatha yoga classes promote a calming state which allows the mind and body to relax easily.

Hatha Yoga Class information

There are 2 Hatha classes a week. Which level is right for you?

Level 1/2

This level is suitable for beginners and improvers. It’s the class for those who have never tried yoga before and those who are working on the more basic postures. Or maybe it’s just been a while since you’ve practiced and you want to ease yourself back into yoga .

Level 2/3

This class is for students who have practiced yoga before and have knowledge of the basic postures and want to challenge themselves a little.

  • Please bring a yoga mat to the class.
  • It’s best to wear comfortable clothing when practising yoga.
  • Avoid eating a large meal before the class.


Drop in places may be available. Please contact Neasa before arriving for a drop-in class.
