<p>Directions</p>
<p>Start by sitting with your legs stretched out in front of you.</p>
<p>Bend the knees and bring the soles of the feet together and allow the knees to fall out to the side.</p>
<p>Take hold of the feet by interlocking the fingers and placing them under the feet</p>
<p>Lift through the sternum and lengthen the spine, while encouraging the pelvis to move towards the feet.</p>
<p>Release the hips while exhaing.</p>
<p>Hold this pose for 2/3 minutes<br />
Benefits</p>
<p>This pose helps to open the hips and strengthen the lower back muscles</p>
